Supporting individuals to develop meal planning and budgeting skills.

Practicing personal grooming skills, such as brushing teeth and hair.

We believe that effective partnerships and co-production are essential for achieving positive outcomes for individuals, and we are committed to working collaboratively with others to achieve this.

Together we achieve this by: –

Collaborating with other organisations, such as health services, education providers, and other stakeholders to provide comprehensive support to our individuals.

Co-producing services with individuals, family members, and support workers to ensure that their needs are met, and their voices are heard.

We have one of our individuals as a co-chair of our quality improvement meetings.

We work with other stakeholders, such as local authorities & community groups, to promote social inclusion and reduce social isolation.

Respecting the autonomy and dignity of individuals at all times, even when they make choices that may not align with our own values or beliefs.
