I have worked at Happy Futures since 2016 starting as a Support Worker, I have worked to develop my skills and confidence within the organisation in numerous roles which lead me to the Registered Manager role.
I am passionate about supporting individuals with learning disabilities, neurodiversity and complex needs, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. In my role, I focus on maintaining compliance and enhancing service quality, all whilst fostering a positive and empowering environment for both staff and individuals.
I believe in the potential of every individual and strive to create opportunities for growth and independence.
